The Indoor Rowing phase is designed for 8 weeks and is aimed at athletes and professionals with a good fitness level (currently train 2+ per week. The aim of the plan is to improve your ability to row 2000m. This will also help your fitness for other sports too.
Extra attention must be paid towards diet and sleep. Also recovery sessions must be completed at the appropriate recovery level.
The programme is 8 weeks in length and could potentially be repeated with a week recovery between programmes. The programme requires a good level of fitness and developed foundation before starting.
If you are not fully committed, this may not be the programme for you.
