The body weight programme is designed for 30 days and is split in to work days and recovery days. No equipment is required for this plan, just an open space.

Each session will take between 20 and 30 minutes. Plan your time appropriately. Extra attention must be paid towards diet and sleep. Recovery sessions must be completed at the appropriate recovery level.

The programme is 30 days in length and could potentially be repeated, with a recovery week between. The programme requires a good level of fitness and developed foundation before starting.
