The training plan is designed to meet your goals and ambitions. 

Our training plans are updated weekly, giving you a personalised training plan to follow on a weekly basis. We will even be available for support and feedback.

Train the OX STRONG HEALTH way. Our FACEBOOK Group offers solution for whatever your set up or training experience.

We publish 1 sessions per week that remain in our library for you to complete at a time that suits you. All training sessions are easily adaptable to suit all levels of ability. We also post support and motivating content during the week.
